The long awaited show is finally here, the presentation of the works of Yayoi Kusama. Cancelled last year due to corvid . We were lucky to have gotten tickets for the opening day April 10th.
In the Artist’s own words ” I am Happy that I have painted flowers. There are no objects more interesting”.
Took a little break for lunch and watched a beautiful presentation by the acclaimed troupe Pilobolus.

.“Kusama: Cosmic Nature” runs at the New York Botanical Garden through Oct. 31. To buy timed-entry tickets, visit NYBG.org. Kusama’s new “Infinity Mirrored Room — Illusion Inside the Heart,” in the garden, will open in June and will require an additional timed ticket, available in late spring.
