Fall in New York, pumpkins, apples, mums.

Although fall announces winter which is not one of my favorite seasons, I must say it is one of the most comfortable and southing times of the year. Of course, let’s not forget Halloween everyone’s favorite holiday.

It’s that time of the year when families get together to go apple picking and bring the children to scary corn mazes. It’s time for hot Apple cider and apple cider doughnuts it is unfortunately also the last days of live music at the many wineries. Now I must also mention that it’s time to fight the horrendous traffic that comes with this enjoyable pass time.

The colors have changed and what better fruit represents the colors of fall than the great pumpkin? Yes! the pumpkin is a fruit. Who Knew?

I did not know there were so many different kinds of garlic. German garlic, Black garlic, and Vietnamese purple stripe garlic, just to name a few. We know one thing the vampires will be staying away from this event.
